This is a different entry...I think. It's actually a photoshoot for Rita from Rita Collection in Klang. She celebrated her anniversary recently and what better way than to do a photoshoot.
I must say that I'm not good with posed shots...and some argue that I'm not good with any shots.  But I feel that the pictures turned out decent. You be the judge and let me know.

This is my second time in this particular neighborhood. I should start handing out flyers to the local townfolks and maybe I'll be the community's official wedding photographer 
Be it as it may, the world is still getting smaller and smaller. Another wedding where another dot is connected between me and the newlyweds. It's weird how we're all related in our lives.
Anyways, we tried to do some outdoor shoots at a nearby lake, but unfortunately it started to rain and it was dark. We got some decent shots. Again, you be the judge.

Ida's Engagement @ Klang

Assalamualaikum,
I was asked to cover this event by my crew member as he had to cover another event in Temerloh. Ida is Fahmi's cousin by marriage. He finally arrived from Termerloh as the engagement was winding down to an end.
I hope that Ida and her fiancee like the pictures I took and I hope you do too.
I pray that their union will be immediate in accordance with the teaching's of the prophet. Amin.

Assalamualaikum,
This is the first of 3 entries. 'Tis a wedding full of custom, one in which I've never seen in my life. At one point I wanted to eat before the berarak, but I was told off by one makcik that we were not suppose to eat before the elders. Another custom was in the house hung a piece of cloth (kain perca) where underneath, sits the ketua kampung, lembaga, etc.
And of course..for the main event, the "menjulang" custom. Very interesting indeed. I hope you guys will enjoy the pics.
To the newlyweds, may Allah raise your stature both in this world and in the next. Amin.

Assalamualaikum,
After being bed ridden for most of last week (which was a welcomed break from work), and still nursing a runny nose, Allah with all His Blessings, rewarded me with this ad-hoc event to shoot. It was out of the blue, the engagement was for my wife's friend's friend's sister (did that make sense to you??!!!)
And I'm so sorry, that I didn't even get to know the name of the celebrated yound lady!!! All I know is the family calls her Angah hahhahahahhaha...so sorry Angah, I hope these pics will cover up for the shortcomings. And...please, hire my services for your wedding. Hehehehehe...

Asya Aleeya @ 5 1/2 months

Assalamualaikum,
All praise be to Allah for giving me and my wife our beautiful baby daughter Asya Aleeya. It has been 5 1/2 months since Aleeya was born, and day after day, we watch her grow into a person with her own unique personality.
She brings tears to my eyes just by smiling. She relieves the stress that I bring home everyday from work just by being awake. I'm so proud of Aleeya and I thank Allah for this blessing.
Just to share with you viewers, Aleeya is capable of turning over by herself, she claps her hand (occasionally) to the song "tepuk amai amai", and she's beginning to hold herself up on all fours.
To my wife, Noreen, who has been, and still is, an amazing mother and wife, thank you for your support, thank you for your sacrifices, thank you for you dedication. I love you.
To both of you, may Allah always protect you from harm and may He guide you forever to the Right Path. Amin.

Assalamualaikum,
This is the reception part of the wedding. I was a bit tired that day, having spent the day before shooting the nikah (morning) and persalinan (night). I had to be there at 930 for Khatam Quran and stayed until it was almost 4.
...and to be honest, I'm still suffering from the fatigue 
But, as long as they like the pictures, I'm cool with it. Hope you guys like it too.
