Assalamualaikum,
I met Shima thru a friend whom I met in ICQ years ago. Shima's husband happens to go to the school l went to back in the day. The world...as it seems, is getting smaller and smaller. It's like connecting the dots of your life with the life of other people.
Anyways, it was a simple wedding. But what's interesting was there was still gotong royong among the community, which is difficult to find especially in a non-kampung setting.

This is the bride's reception. Nothing spectacular happened except that the groom's shoes caused some delay in the procession. Why? Cuz, while the groom is in Putrajaya, the shoes were at Sg Besi.
But, like anything else, it all worked out just fine.

Assalamualaikum,
This is my sister in law's wedding. It was on a Tuesday 20062006. Nora's married to a military man who can fly jet fighters. 
Anyways, throughout the ceremony I was stuck in one corner due to the size of the crowd in the house. But I managed to take few good shots. I hope you'll like it too.
To Nora & Razif, as your "abang ipar", my advise to you, seek not what failings exist in your partner, but look to the goodness that's instill in him. Marriage DEMANDS sacrifice and compromise. And always...always remember Allah and continuously improve yourselves to become better Muslims.
May Allah protect both of you in this life and the hereafter. Amin.

This was literally the case of love is in the air. Both works for MAS. I was hoping there would be more stewardess at the wedding , but that will just be a dream that will not come true.
Anyways, I just ENJOYED myself with them. Very friendly couple, not surprsingly. Instead of serving ppl, this time, they're the ones being served.

DISCLAIMER: I wasn't the official photographer.
Macha & Emelia are both my friends and they were unknowingly gracious enough to let me snap a few for my own collection. For this purpose, edited the pics to black & white, just to see how it'll look like.
I must say that I like them, but malay weddings typically are colorful by nature, so, I guess I'd be missing out on the color splendor that befits a malay wedding. I'll leave it up to you to judge.

Tried something different this time. Since there was ample space, I took out my studio lights and shot the bride in the 4 different outfits. Even tho I didnt have much time to play around with the configuration, I thought that the pics came out quite OK. You be the judge and let me know.
